Should there be a Formula 1 type motor racing series where there are no limits?

No, because you can’t beat horsepower. It should be a test of skill, not a horsepower race.

The cars would lead to drivers in the title of accident they would then be any spectators for their drivers passing out after couple of accident they would lead to murderous speeds and continue driven by computers also there wouldnt be any spectators for their own safety and free recharge.

The cars down every year because if let it develop cars are going to find way to go way too fast and it becomes dangerous for the drivers.
For the cars are going to slow the drivers.
