Kyle Busch says F1 drivers are the best in the world. How does that make you guys feel?
Kyle Busch has talked about one day driving a Formula One car.
Today at Atlanta Motor Speedway he discussed what it is about F1 that appeals to him.
“I think the part of F1 that appeals to me the most is just the worldwide exposure,” he said. Being able to race in different parts of the world like Monaco, Silverstone … and just going around to all the different areas and seeing what it’s all about.”
“It would be fun to just go do that stuff and see just exactly how good you are against the best in the world. As far as racing talent that’s over there — I wish that (Michael) Schumacher was still around to get a chance to race against him, but Lewis Hamilton seems to have found his stride and (Felipe) Massa has also done a great job.”
Busch said he talked to Jeff Gordon about his off-season excursion to Brazil to race go-karts against the best drivers in the world.
“He said those guys are just outrageous and they are so good and so good at being able to finesse a car and make it do what they want it to do,” he said. “Here, we try to make the car do what we want it to do, but basically we’re just the ones at its mercy.”
Just wondering that since NASCAR is probably going to lose one of its biggest stars to Formula 1 in the near future how all of you guys feel? Kyle said he wants to race against THE BEST IN THE WORLD and obviously thats in F1. Thats quite a snub on his own racing series isnt it?
Jeff Gordon seems to be pretty impressed by what they are able to do in terms of car control as well.

It makes me feel and I realize that so many people love to interpret people’s words to fit their own beliefs (as you are doing with Kyle’s words.)

Has no affect on me whatsoever. F1 is follow-the -leader, team mates are ordered to let members pass. Sure, it’s high tech-I’d much rather watch IRL race three wide 200+ mph at Texas drinking beer than drink martini’s and get a tan. Well, I’ve done that before.

He could be right. I wish he’d go try so I didn’t have to see and hear his ugly face. Let him conquer another arena!

You wanna know how it makes me feel?
It makes me feel just like anything else Kyle Busch says…
It makes me feel like a schoolgirl who just found out she got pregnant by her history teacher after spending a Friday night at his house getting tutored.
(that’s how it makes me feel)
