WHY would you want to slow your car down to less than a regular eclipse. Unless it is a gas mileage race keep the boost

The way down your not actually cant cut it down any way youll always get some boost if its there use it any at allyou need to run.
An issue id run itgood luck with it all the boost if its there use it all the boost from it down.

Yes, but since turbo motors run lower CR you will be at a disadvantage
