How can I work for BMW Motorsport in the future?

Hi guys, I’m 15 years old and I really want to work for BMW or BMW Motorsport in the future. Currently I’m thinking of going to UTI for A.D.I (Auto, Diesel and Industrial) and I’m hoping to then transfer into the BMW STEP program. I’m wondering how one can work for the BMW Motorsport team.
