how can i squeeze more power out of my 355 bracket race motor?

the motor has an eagle rotating assy. 10to1 compression, Afr aluminum heads, edelbrock victor jr. manifold, 750 quick fuel technologys carb. it runs 11.50s now but i feel like it could do better.

   The 101 compression ratio sounds low for competition motor is that rule book thing id have thought at least 121 maybe higher.
   For competition motor is that rule book thing id have thought at least 121 maybe higher.
